Something to share...

I have enjoyed something that was shared with us yesterday. It was a story about a young man who while growing up required a lot of correction. There finally came a point when the correction continued to be given but it wasn't respected or heeded. The parents had to come to the point where they made a stand and said that they couldn't give provision if the correction wasn't going to be taken and asked their son to leave. Over time he missed the correction and desired the care and the provision so he asked to come back and this time he respected the correction, heeded it and was then offered the provision. The love of the parents was never lacking and I've loved thinking of all that we have and all the more we can have when we heed the correction when it is given...it only increases the provision!
